Property and Cancelation Policies
Cancelation Policies
Cancel by 5 pm local Pacific time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged the full amount. If you decide to leave early, no refunds will be given. If you reserve a room on line and you need to cancel the reservation, please cancel via the same booking site you used to make the reservation.

Rates
Rates may change at any time without notice. Your reservation guarantees the confirmed rate.
Payments
Payment will be processed within 48 hours of arrival.
Parking
All rooms are on the ground level. Typically you are able to park in front of your room.
No Smoking/Vaping in Rooms
Smoking must be at least 25 feet from the door. Smoking in rooms will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
Dogs
Call for availability and to book these rooms.
We have three rooms designated as dog friendly for a $25 fee per stay. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the room. Undeclared dogs found to have stayed in a non-dog room will incur a $100 cleaning fee. No other pets are allowed.
Drugs
No drugs of any kind are allowed to be used or sold in rooms or on the property. Evidence of drug use or sales activity will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
Liability
Walla Walla Garden Motel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Guest Expectations
For the consideration of all guests, quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am.
